Tagbin is hiring a Spatial Designer / Visualiser for a Full-Time On-Site role based in Gurgaon. Join a team shaping immersive experiences for museums and cultural spaces, with joining expected within 15 days.

You will develop spatial concepts, create high-fidelity visualizations, and translate briefs into scalable, fabricatable designs using AI tools and industry pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Translate client briefs into compelling visual and spatial experiences with precise attention to scale, circulation, lighting and material specification.
• Use AI tools and prompt engineering to generate concepts, textures, assets and iterative design variations.
• Collaborate with architects, 3D artists, developers and project teams to ensure design intent is maintained through technical implementation.

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are hiring a Spatial Designer / Visualiser for a Full-Time On-Site role based in Gurgaon . This position requires strong 3D and experiential design skills with joining expected within 15 days.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop creative concepts and spatial designs for museums, exhibitions and experiential projects
• Create high-fidelity 3D visualizations, detailed layouts, mood boards and design presentations using industry-standard pipelines
• Translate client briefs into compelling visual and spatial experiences with precise attention to scale, circulation, lighting and material specification
• Use AI tools and prompt engineering to generate concepts, textures, assets and iterative design variations
• Collaborate with architects, 3D artists, developers, fabricators and project teams to ensure design intent is maintained through technical implementation

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Strong expertise in Spatial Design, Experience Design, Environmental Graphics and 3D Visualization
• Proficiency in Blender, 3ds Max, Cinema 4D, Maya, Unreal Engine 5 or similar 3D authoring platforms
• Hands-on experience with AI image and video generation tools including Stable Diffusion, Midjourney, Runway and ComfyUI workflows
• Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and Premiere Pro for post-production and motion design
• Outstanding creative thinking, visual storytelling abilities and understanding of real-world fabrication constraints
