Job summary
Godrej Industries Group is seeking a Manager – FP&A, Americas to lead regional planning, performance management and analytics across the United States, Chile, and Argentina. You will partner with market FP&A teams to deliver actionable insights and drive reporting standardization while supporting finance oversight for third‑party manufacturing in India.

Qualifications
- CA or MBA (Finance) with FP&A experience.
- Experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance or Business Finance.
- Experience across multiple geographies, preferably FMCG/manufacturing.
- Advanced Excel, SAP KE30, Power BI/Tableau and financial modelling.
Responsibilities
- Consolidate monthly regional performance and provide insights to CFO.
- Own annual planning, quarterly forecasts, and rolling forecasts.
- Prepare cluster reports: revenue, gross margin, EBITDA, OPEX, working capital, cash flow.
- Drive governance of monthly reviews and action tracking.
- Coordinate FP&A across USA, Chile, and Argentina; standardize KPIs and reporting.

The Manager – FP&A, Americas will lead regional financial planning, performance management, reporting standardization, business analytics, and finance governance across the United States, Chile, and Argentina. The role will partner closely with market FP&A teams to deliver actionable business insights, improve reporting capabilities, and drive continuous improvement across the region. In addition, the role will provide finance oversight for third-party manufacturing operations in India, supporting Supply Chain Finance through operational reviews and on-ground coordination. This is a highly collaborative managerial role requiring strong influencing skills and cross-functional leadership without direct people management.
- Consolidate monthly financial performance for Americas and provide actionable insights to the CFO.
- Consolidate the annual planning, quarterly forecast, and monthly rolling forecast processes across markets.
- Prepare cluster performance reports covering revenue, gross margin, EBITDA, operating expenses, working capital, and cash flow.
- Drive governance of monthly business reviews and track execution of agreed financial and operational actions.
- Partner with FP&A teams in the USA, Chile and Argentina to ensure consistency of assumptions, KPIs and reporting methodologies.
- Lead reporting standardization across markets including KE30 profitability, Brand P&L, customer/channel profitability, gross margin and working capital dashboards.
- Drive automation of recurring reports and dashboards using ERP and BI tools while reducing manual effort.
- Serve as finance liaison for third-party manufacturing partners in India and conduct weekly operating reviews.
- Provide on-ground support to the Americas Supply Chain Finance Lead for manufacturing, sourcing, inventory and cost improvement initiatives at 3P in India.
- Ensure integrity of management reporting and continuously improve finance processes and governance.
- CA or MBA (Finance).
- Experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance or Business Finance.
- Experience supporting multiple businesses/geographies, preferably in FMCG/manufacturing.
- Advanced Excel, SAP (including KE30), Power BI/Tableau and financial modelling.
