Job summary

CIEL HR is seeking a senior manager to oversee aerospace/ mechanical structural analysis, CAD/CAM and CFD/FEA for UAV-related programs in India. The role demands leadership of multi-disciplinary teams and delivering reliable designs with a focus on fast prototyping cycles.

Ideal candidates will have 14+ years in aerospace or mechanical domains, with experience in launch and recovery systems for UAVs and adherence to defence certification standards. This is a managerial level position.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-speed aerodynamics design with reduced drag and improved mission endurance.
• Enhanced structural reliability, stability & control and safety for unmanned systems.
• Capable of arriving at faster design-to-prototype cycles.
• Driven innovations in unmanned systems/ drones.
• Design of Launch and Recovery system for UAVs.
• Experience in Lightweight Composites Structures design.
• Experience in defence and aerospace certification standards.
