Job summary

Qube Cinema Technologies in Visakhapatnam invites an Advertising Sales Manager to drive cinema advertising revenue across the Vizag territory. This field role focuses on building relationships with advertisers, agencies, and local businesses to sell in-cinema inventory across our theatre network.

You will own the end-to-end sales cycle, hit monthly targets, and coordinate with operations for scheduling. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in media sales, strong Telugu and English communication,

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in media sales (TV, print, radio, digital, OOH, or cinema advertising preferred).
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a field sales role.
• Strong local market knowledge of Visakhapatnam and surrounding North Andhra region.
• Existing relationships with local advertisers/agencies is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Telugu and English.
• Self-driven, comfortable with independent field travel and client meetings.
• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for reporting; familiarity with CRM tools a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow advertising sales revenue for the Vizag territory against monthly and quarterly targets.
• Identify, pitch, and close deals with local, regional, and national advertisers and media/ad agencies.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of clients across categories (retail, education, real estate, jewellery, healthcare, FMCG, etc.).
• Manage end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, contracting, and collections.
• Coordinate with the operations/traffic team to ensure smooth ad scheduling and screening across theatres.
• Track competitor activity and market trends in the Vizag/North Andhra region.

About the Role
