Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the cinema.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle guest complaints effectively.
• Lead, train, and manage the cinema team.
• Prepare staff rosters and ensure adequate manpower as per business requirements.
• Monitor ticketing, F&B, housekeeping, security, and other operational activities.
• Ensure cinema hygiene, safety, grooming, and brand standards are maintained.
• Monitor sales, revenue, expenses, and operational costs.
• Ensure proper cash handling, banking, and daily financial controls.
• Drive revenue and profitability through effective operational management.
• Monitor inventory and minimize wastage and losses.
• Coordinate with maintenance and vendors to ensure smooth functioning of the cinema.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and statutory requirements.
• Prepare and share daily/weekly operational reports with management.
• Manage peak days, weekends, holidays, premieres, and special events effectively.
