Job summary

Qube Cinema is seeking an Advertising Sales Manager responsible for generating revenue from advertising space in cinemas. You will develop sales strategies, manage relationships with clients, and oversee a sales team.

This full-time role is based in Bengaluru and requires experience in sales within the Media or Cinema industry. Ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to relationship building.

Qualifications

• 1 to 10 years of experience in sales, preferably in the Media or Cinema or OTT or Content Solutions industry.
• Good understanding of the cinema industry and its advertising market.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job description

The Advertising Sales Manager is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to generate revenue from Advertising space (online + offline) in Cinemas. This includes building & managing relationships with advertising agencies and clients, developing and delivering sales presentations, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in sales, experience in the cinema industry, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute sales strategies to generate revenue from advertising space in cinemas
2. Manage / Nurture relationships with advertising agencies such as GroupM, Havas, etc
3. Hunt & Develop relationships with targeted clients across all industries
4. Close deals with right set of negotiation
5. Track and report on sales performance
6. Forecast sales and develop budgets
7. Manage a team of sales representatives
8. Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in the cinema industry

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
2. 1 to 10 years of experience in sales, preferably in the Media or Cinema or OTT or Content Solutions industry
3. Good understanding of the cinema industry and its advertising market

This is a full-time position located in Bengaluru. Some travel may be required within Karnataka.
