Job summary

Qube Cinemas Technologies in Visakhapatnam seeks an Advertising Sales Manager to drive cinema advertising revenue across the Vizag territory. This field-facing role builds relationships with advertisers, media agencies, and local businesses to sell in-cinema inventory across our theatre network.

You will own the sales cycle from prospecting to collections, coordinate with the operations team for ad scheduling, and monitor market trends in North Andhra to meet monthly and quarterly targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in media sales.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Telugu and English.
• Self-driven and comfortable with independent field travel and client meetings.
• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for reporting; familiarity with CRM tools a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow advertising sales revenue for the Vizag territory against monthly and quarterly targets.
• Identify, pitch, and close deals with local, regional, and national advertisers and media/ad agencies.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of clients across categories (retail, education, real estate, jewellery, healthcare, FMCG, etc.).
• Manage end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, contracting, and collections.
• Coordinate with the operations/traffic team to ensure smooth ad scheduling and screening across theatres.
• Track competitor activity and market trends in the Vizag/North Andhra region.

About the Role

Qube Cinemas is looking for an Advertising Sales Manager to drive cinema advertising revenue across the Visakhapatnam territory. This is a field-facing role responsible for building and managing relationships with advertisers, media agencies, and local businesses to sell in-cinema advertising inventory (on-screen ads, branding, activations) across Qube's theatre network in the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and grow advertising sales revenue for the Vizag territory against monthly and quarterly targets
• Identify, pitch, and close deals with local, regional, and national advertisers and media/ad agencies
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of clients across categories (retail, education, real estate, jewellery, healthcare, FMCG, etc.)
• Manage end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, contracting, and collections
• Coordinate with the operations/traffic team to ensure smooth ad scheduling and screening across theatres
• Track competitor activity (print, digital, other cinema advertising) and market trends in the Vizag/North Andhra region

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in media sales (TV, print, radio, digital, OOH, or cinema advertising preferred)

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a field sales role
• Strong local market knowledge of Visakhapatnam and surrounding North Andhra region
• Existing relationships with local advertisers/agencies is a strong plus
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Telugu and English
• Self-driven, comfortable with independent field travel and client meetings
• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for reporting; familiarity with CRM tools a plus
