Job summary

JobItUs seeks a seasoned Manager – Accounts & Finance / CFO to steer financial strategy for a listed chemical manufacturer in India. CA or B.Com with 10+ years’ experience, including Ind-AS, SEBI-LODR, and treasury oversight, are required.

The role drives budgeting, audits, regulatory reporting, and board communications, collaborating with auditors and senior leadership to protect fiscal integrity and support growth.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in financial management, accounting, and reporting.
• Hands-on knowledge of Ind-AS, SEBI & LODR, Companies Act, GST, TDS, and audit.
• Experience in handling banking and treasury activities.
• Strong analytical and financial reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact with senior management and auditors.

Responsibilities

• Manage complete accounting activities up to finalization of accounts.
• Handle statutory, internal, and financial audits and respond to auditor queries.
• Manage banking, GST, TDS, taxation, and other statutory requirements.
• Work on Tally and ERP systems for accounting and financial operations.
• Prepare and review quarterly and annual financial results.
• Handle standalone and consolidated financial statements as per Ind-AS.
• Ensure compliance with SEBI Listing Regulations, LODR, Companies Act, ICDR, PIT, Takeover Code, and Related Party Transactions.
• Support preparation of Annual Reports and regulatory disclosures.
• Present financial results and explain key variances to the Board, Audit Committee, and AGM.
• Contribute to financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow management, and overall financial strategy.
