Job summary

Joy-N-Crew Vacations LLP is seeking an experienced Manager - Accounts to oversee the company’s accounting, taxation, banking, auditing, and financial reporting activities. You will finalize Balance Sheets, P&L statements, and ensure statutory compliance.

The role requires hands-on knowledge of DP/CC, Tally Prime and MS Excel, with strong analytical and communication skills. Collaboration with auditors, banks and CA firms is essential to maintain accurate books and timely filings.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
• Experience with Chartered Accountant firms is a plus.
• Hands-on knowledge of DP, CC, balance sheet finalization, fundraising, taxation, auditing, and bank reconciliation.
• Strong working knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel.
• Good understanding of accounting standards and statutory compliance.

Responsibilities

Job description

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Manager - Accounts to manage the company’s accounting, taxation, banking, auditing, and financial reporting activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and finalize Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss Statements, and financial reports.

Manage Drawing Power (DP), Cash Credit (CC), and banking documentation.

Support fund-raising activities and coordinate with banks and financial institutions.

Handle statutory, internal, and external audits.

Manage direct and indirect taxation, including Income Tax, TDS, GST, and related statutory compliances.

Perform bank reconciliation and monitor daily accounting transactions

Maintain accurate books of accounts using Tally Prime.

Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and compliance documentation

Coordinate with Chartered Accountants, auditors, banks, and management,

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in Accounts and Finance

At least 4 years of experience working with a Chartered Accountant firm

Hands-on knowledge of DP, CC, Balance Sheet finalization, fundraising, taxation, auditing, and bank reconciliation

Strong working knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel

Good understanding of accounting standards and statutory compliance

Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
