Skills:

We are looking for an experienced Accounts & Finance Manager who can independently manage the complete finance function of the organization, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Taxation, Auditing, MIS, book-keeping, and tax planning. The ideal candidate will have strong team management skills and hands-on exposure to statutory compliance, internal controls, and audit management.

Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable & Receivable Manage end-to-end AP and AR cycles including vendor invoice processing, payment approvals and disbursement, customer invoicing, collections follow-up, and reconciliation of vendor and customer ledgers. Ensure timely resolution of outstanding balances and discrepancies, and maintain healthy working capital through disciplined receivables management.
• Book-Keeping & General Accounting Oversee day-to-day book-keeping and general ledger accounting, ensuring accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions. Manage month-end and year-end closing activities, bank reconciliations, and preparation of financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards.
• Taxation & Tax Planning Handle direct and indirect tax compliance including GST, TDS, and income tax filings, and ensure timely payment of statutory dues. Drive proactive tax planning to optimize the company's tax position while ensuring full regulatory compliance. Liaise with tax consultants and authorities on assessments, notices, and queries.
• Audit Management (Internal, Statutory & Tax Audit) Coordinate and manage internal audits, statutory audits, and tax audits from planning through closure, including preparation of schedules, resolution of audit queries, and implementation of audit recommendations. Strengthen internal financial controls and ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
• MIS & Reporting Prepare and present periodic MIS reports, budgets, cash flow statements, and variance analyses to management. Provide financial insights and analysis to support business decision-making, cost control, and profitability improvement.
• Team Management Lead, mentor, and manage the accounts and finance team, allocate responsibilities, review work quality, and build team capability. Ensure smooth coordination between finance and other departments such as operations, sales, and procurement.
