Job summary

Durucooperation in Mumbai is seeking a CA-qualified Accounts Manager to oversee end-to-end accounting, taxation, payments, and financial reporting across multiple outlets in the hospitality sector.

You will coordinate with outlet teams, auditors, and management to ensure accurate and timely financial operations, while guiding junior accounts staff and improving processes.

Qualifications

• CA-qualified with post-qualification experience.
• 4-8 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
• Hospitality industry experience is mandatory.
• Strong operational accounting experience, preferably in a multi-outlet environment.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, taxation, payments, and reconciliations.
• Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end operational accounting across outlets/units.
• Oversee payments, collections, and timely financial settlements.
• Handle cash, credit card, and other payment-mode reconciliations.
• Ensure timely GST and TDS filings, compliance, and reconciliations.
• Manage statutory and internal taxation matters.
• Prepare MIS reports, budgets, cost reports, and financial analysis.
• Coordinate with outlets on accounting data, discrepancies, and audit requirements.
• Liaise with auditors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
• Review and improve accounting processes for accuracy and efficiency.
• Guide and coordinate with junior accounts/outlet finance teams.
