Job summary

Dentsu in Gurugram is seeking a proactive Manager – Account Management (Integrated) to support the Client Director in managing account delivery and driving integrated solutions for clients.

You will coordinate across Dentsu networks, manage integrated communication plans, ensure timely execution within budgets, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality work and strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Account Management/Client Servicing within an advertising or integrated marketing agency.
• Strong understanding of integrated marketing solutions and communication planning.
• Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong project management, budgeting, and execution capabilities.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

• Proactively identify delivery challenges and ensure timely resolution to maintain client satisfaction.
