Job Summary:

Candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing,monitoringand reporting CSRprogrammesaligned with community needs, statutory CSRrequirementsand Sun Pharma CSR strategy. Drive stakeholder engagement, project execution, impactassessmentand documentation.

• Annual CSR Plan preparation with Gram Panchayat and stakeholders (10%)
• Strategize and drive CSR projects (10%)
• Implementation of CSR projects (25%)
• Field visits and project monitoring (25%)
• Project evaluation and impact reporting (5%)
• Focus on flagshipprogrammes(10%)
• Organize stakeholder visits (2%)
• Monthly CSR reporting (3%)
