Job summary

Endurance Technologies is seeking a seasoned professional to lead Supplier Development and Strategic Sourcing initiatives. You will work closely with Manufacturing Engineering, Plant Operations, Costing, and Procurement teams to drive supplier capability enhancement and cost optimization.

The role involves identifying and developing new suppliers, negotiating sourcing agreements, and guiding Make vs. Buy studies to support strategic outsourcing or insourcing decisions.

The role offers an opportunity to work closely with Manufacturing Engineering, Plant Operations, Costing, and Procurement teams to drive supplier capability enhancement, cost optimization, and strategic Make vs. Buy decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, evaluate, and develop new suppliers to support business growth and localization objectives.
• Build and enhance supplier capacities to meet current and future manufacturing requirements.
• Lead commercial negotiations and finalize sourcing agreements with new and existing suppliers.
• Drive supplier development activities and coordinate with Plant Manufacturing Engineering teams for component development and industrialization.
• Conduct comprehensive Make vs. Buy studies for in-house manufacturing processes by evaluating cost, capacity, investments, productivity, and operational feasibility.
• Collaborate with Plant, Costing, Finance, Quality, and Operations teams to recommend strategic outsourcing or insourcing decisions.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies focused on cost competitiveness, quality, and supply reliability.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the supplier ecosystem.
