Job summary

Medikabazaar is hiring an experienced Territory Sales Manager to drive the Critical Care Medical Equipment vertical across Tier I, II, and III cities. This strategic role requires strong relationships with healthcare institutions and a proven sales track record.

You will own end-to-end sales, build a robust funnel, forecast needs with cross-functional teams, and ensure timely collections while meeting AOP targets. The role demands 4–8 years in medical equipment sales and a broad hospital network.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience in Medical Equipment Sales (Critical Care)
• Strong network in hospitals and healthcare ecosystem
• Graduate in Science, Pharma, or Biomedical; MBA preferred

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end sales of Critical Care Medical Equipment.
• Achieve and exceed AOP (Annual Operating Plan) sales targets.
• Maintain excellent relationships with CXOs and Purchase Heads of hospitals.
• Build a strong sales funnel with monthly and quarterly visibility.
• Ensure timely collection of accounts receivables and minimize overdue.
• Deliver accurate sales forecasts for inventory planning.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Finance, HR, and Tech.
