Job Description

• Proven Experience in managing and developing business with corporate hospitals and government hospitals.
• Strong Understanding and hands on experience in working with CNF agents and stockiest including channel management and distribution coordination.
• Experience in tender management including participation documentation follow up and execution of government and institutional tenders.
• Willingness to undertake extensive filed work and maintain regular customer engagement across the territory.
• Good relationship building communication and negotiation skills with key healthcare stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Graduate in Science, Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 15–20 years of experience in Medical Devices or Healthcare sales.
• Minimum 10–15 years of team handling experience.
• Strong network with hospitals, healthcare institutions, and distributors.
• Experience in institutional sales, tender business, and key account management will be preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively as per business requirements.
