Job summary

Macquarie Bank Limited in Hyderabad seeks a Senior Software Engineer (Full Stack) to design, develop, and operate mission‑critical EFT creation and redemption, order management, and post‑trade workflows across regions and assets. You will build scalable microservices and data pipelines using Java, Angular, AWS, PostgreSQL, Kafka, and GCP/BigQuery.

You’ll own features end‑to‑end, collaborating with global teams, and contribute to real-time trading and large-scale reporting platforms.

Qualifications

• 9–14 years of hands-on full-stack experience with Java, Spring Boot and Angular/React.
• Strong SQL and database fundamentals.
• Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms and cross-border collaboration.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer (Full Stack) to join our team responsible for building and running mission-critical systems powering global electronic funds transfer (EFT) creation and redemption, order management, execution, and post-trade workflows across multiple regions and asset classes

What role will you play?

In this role, you will lead the design, development, and delivery of trading, post-trade, and regulatory reporting solutions across front-office platforms and enterprise systems. The role involves building scalable microservices, integrations, and data pipelines using technologies such as Java, Angular, AWS, PostgreSQL, Kafka, and GCP/BigQuery to support real-time trading and large-scale reporting. You will own features end-to-end, from requirements and implementation through deployment, monitoring, and ongoing optimization.

What you offer
