Job summary

Keka Inc. invites a Manager/Senior Manager QA/QC to oversee the lab's analytical quality program in Greater Noida. You will lead the QA/QC team, ensure QEHS adherence, and drive continuous improvement across testing methods and processes.

The role emphasizes strong analytical expertise, multi-instrument lab skills (ICP-OES, AAS, XRF, UV-Vis, etc.), and experience with ISO 9001/14001/45001 and R2. English/Hindi communication is essential, with regular audits and customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical chemistry background with hands-on lab experience.
• Experience in quality management systems (QEHS) and audits.
• Proficient in documentation, data analysis and reporting.
• Experience in handling customer complaints and audits.

Responsibilities

• On-time completion of quality reports daily.
• Mentor and manage the QA/QC lab team.
• Develop and implement quality plans and execution.
• Ensure process control per quality norms.
• Enforce QEHS policies (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, R2).
• Assure finished goods meet specifications and highlight deviations.
• Monitor and improve team performance.
• Develop new analytical methods as needed.

Role definition of Manager/Senior Manager QA/QC of lab

Job position in hierarchy:

Director / CTO

Manager (Referred position)

Key role on the organization:

To monitor, control and assure the quality of the products of the organization through analytical facility by making quality plan and execution with team as per QEHS policies.

Loss to the organization in the absence of above post:

• 1. Loss of analytical support to control parameter of process.
• 2. Loss of Quality Management of product and customer satisfaction.
• 3. Lack of training and managing team.
• 4. Loss of control on QEHS system.

Key result areas

• 1. On time completion of quality reports on daily basis.
• 2. Managing team as a mentor.

• 10. Analytical Method development on both classical and instrumental for new products and processes.

Experience: 12-15 years for Manager and 18-22 years for senior manager

Qualification: M.Sc./Ph.D. in Analytical chemistry/General chemistry/Inorganic chemistry/Industrial chemistry

CTC: 12 to 15 Lakhs/annum

Location: Greater Noida

Travel requirements:

To technology center at Greater Noida once or twice a month, customer place, supplier place based on the requirement and other places for conference/training once in a year.
