Job summary

Duroflex is seeking a DGM–D2C Supply Chain to own end-to-end transportation across First Mile, Middle Mile and Last Mile in Bengaluru. You will ensure vehicle availability, service performance and cost control while driving vendor governance with strong network visibility.

The role requires 8–12 years in transportation/logistics operations, including ownership of networks and transporter contracts, within retail, D2C, FMCG, e-commerce or 3PL sectors.

Qualifications

• Graduation in supply chain, logistics or operations.
• 8–12 years of progressive experience in transportation/last-mile networks.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end transportation across First/ Middle/ Last Mile networks.
• Lead transporter onboarding, governance and performance management.
• Plan vehicle deployment, utilization and availability.
• Maintain network visibility of vehicles, routes and capacity.
• Manage rates/contracts, billing validation and finance reconciliation.
• Ensure timely vehicle reporting and SLA adherence.
• Monitor vehicle condition and compliance; handle contingencies.

Role Purpose

Own end-to-end transportation operationsacross First Mile, Middle Mile and Last Mile — ensuring vehicle availability,service performance, cost control and vendor governance with full network-levelvisibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Ownend-to-end transportation and logistics operations across the network.
• Leadtransporter/vendor onboarding, governance and performance management.
• Ownvehicle planning, deployment, utilization and availability.
• Maintainnetwork-level visibility of vehicle count, type, capacity, route, deploymentand utilization.
• Managework orders, rates/contracts, billing validation and reconciliation withFinance.
• Ensurevehicles report and depart on time and meet defined transit/delivery SLA.
• Monitorvehicle condition, compliance and documentation.
• Managebreakdowns and contingencies with minimum service disruption.
• TrackFirst Mile, Middle Mile and Last Mile transportation performance.
• Developtransporter scorecards covering SLA, cost, utilization, damages, cancellationsand compliance.
• Drivelogistics cost optimization through route, vehicle and capacity utilization.
• Partnerwith Tech/Product teams on vehicle tracking, GPS visibility, control-towerdashboards and exception alerts.
• ConductRCA/CAPA for delays, breakdowns, capacity shortages and recurring issues.
• Supportpeak/festival capacity and contingency planning.

Qualification & Experience

Graduate/Postgraduate in Supply Chain,Logistics or Operations. 8–12 years of progressive experience managingFirst/Middle/Last-mile transportation, transporter contracts andcontrol-tower/TMS systems.

Preferred Industry Background

Retail, D2C, FMCG, e-commerce or 3PL withmulti-modal transportation networks (FTL/PTL, last-mile fleets) and activevendor/transporter ecosystems.
