Job summary

Narayana Health in Bengaluru is seeking a Marketing professional to formulate and propose corporate marketing strategies in line with policy. You will oversee publishing materials for the hospital and coordinate with the Marketing Head for proper planning.

You will conduct marketing research, engage with corporate clients, and drive phased marketing activities including CMEs, workshops, and patient education programs. Strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Marketing and Market Research duties.
• Formulate and propose marketing strategies per corporate policy.
• Manage hospital publishing materials: leaflets, brochures, handbills, information booklets.
• Map workflow and discuss with Marketing Head for planning.
• Plan and schedule meetings with corporate client representatives.
• Follow up with prospective corporate clients after sharing information folders.
• Maintain billing related to corporate activities and follow up on payments.
• Plan activities per phased Marketing strategies (CMEs, workshops, patient education).
• Carry out marketing research related to the plan.
• Explore new geographic areas and potential markets for the hospital.
• Explore new product feasibility for business planning.
• Conduct regular fieldwork to develop sound marketing plans.
• Submit monthly activity reports to Management and weekly briefs.

Job Purpose:

To formulate and propose various Marketing strategies in accordance to corporate policy to Marketing Head.

Job Responsibilities:

• Marketing and Market Research
• To formulate and propose various Marketing strategies in accordance to corporate policy to Marketing Head.
• To take care of all the publishing material of the hospital namely: information booklet, leaflets, handbills, brochure, and other related materials. These shall include the content, design, creativity and proof –reading etc.
• The Workflow of the system shall be mapped and discussed with
• Marketing Head for proper system and planning.
• To plan and schedule a meeting with the representative of present and prospective corporate clients, after acquiring the proper details about the suitability of the time of corporate client, CAO.
• To conduct regular follow-up of all the Prospective Corporate clients who have received our information folder.
• To maintain all the bills related to the Corporate and follow-up should be carried out for the payment of the outstanding.
• To plan various activities as per the phase wise Marketing Strategic plans.
• To execute the various activities planned as per the phase wise Marketing plans for example, CMES, Workshops Camps, Patient Education Program, and Life – Style Management Program Etc.
• To carry out Research activity related to marketing plan evolved.
• To explore newer geographical area new markets, for customer target for hospital.
• To explore new product feasibility for business plan.
• To do regular fieldwork to understand and develop sound marketing plan.
• Monthly detailed report of the activity should be submitted to the Management.
• Weekly progress report should be submitted in brief to management about the activities assigned.
• Support in all marketing purposes to the Head Marketing.

Candidate Requirements:
