PBL Transport Corporation Private Limited in Hyderabad is seeking Management Trainees for Sales & Operations as part of a 1-year cross-functional training program in Transportation & Logistics.

The program covers loading activities, backend and transportation operations, customer handling and sales; after training, candidates are placed in Sales or Operations or related functions based on performance and fit.

Formación

• Good knowledge of Telugu, Hindi and English is mandatory.
• Willing to work in field-based environments.
• Must have a two-wheeler for travel.
• Willing to undergo the complete 1-year training program.
• Willing to provide a 2-year service bond.

Job Description:

We are looking forManagement Trainees, Sales & Operationswho are interested in building a long-term career in theTransportation & Logistics industry.

The selected candidates will undergo a structured1-year cross-functional training programcovering different areas of our business. During this period, candidates will gain practical exposure toloading activities, backend operations, transportation operations, customer handling and sales.

At the end of the training period, candidates will be evaluated based on theirperformance, skills, learning ability, discipline, communication, problem-solving ability and overall capability. Based on the assessment, they will be placed in a suitable role withinSales, Operations or another relevant function.

Preferred candidate profile

• Having apersonal laptopfor work will be an added advantage.


• Comfortable with bothfield work and office work.


• Having a two-wheeler.


• Good communication skills
