Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. is seeking a seasoned finance professional with CA or ICWA qualifications and 10+ years of relevant experience.

The role focuses on preparing business cases for corporate and financial institutions to guide senior management decisions, and on building long‑term financial statements based on business assumptions. Responsibilities include product costing, asset capitalization, and maintaining fixed assets registers, while ensuring statutory compliance with Indian GAAP.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience.
• CA or ICWA professional qualification.

Responsabilités

• Prepare business cases for corporate and financial institutions to support senior management decisions.
• Prepare financial statements for the next 7 years based on business assumptions.
• Calculate product costing and determine selling prices; valuation of Bills of Materials and conversion costs.
• Capitalize assets and equipment procured on site; maintain fixed assets register.
• Ensure statutory compliances and Indian GAAP adherence.

Prepare Business cases For Corporate and Financial Institutions. To facilitate senior management to take business decisions and get external finance. By preparing financial statement for next 7 years based on lot many business assumptions.
Product Costing To know the product cost and its various elements. To decide selling price By doing valuation of Bills of Material, Calculation of conversion cost per product and per activity.
Project Capitalisation Of Assets and Equipments procured on site. To comply with statutory requirements and company policy. By preparing proper Additions Schedule and maintaining Fixed Assets Register.
