You will prepare long-term business cases for external financing, analyse cost structures, and ensure fixed assets accounting aligns with policy.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, leadership in finance teams, and adherence to statutory requirements and accounting standards.

Formación

• CA or ICWA qualification with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in corporate finance, statutory compliance, and Indian GAAP standards.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare business cases for corporate and financial institutions to enable senior management decisions and external finance.
• Perform product costing including BOM valuation and conversion costs per product/activity to decide selling price.
• Oversee project capitalization of assets and equipment, ensuring policy compliance and accurate fixed assets registers.

Job Description:

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

• Prepare Business cases For Corporate and Financial Institutions. To facilitate senior management to take business decisions and get external finance. By preparing financial statement for next 7 years based on lot many business assumptions.
• Product Costing To know the product cost and its various elements. To decide selling price By doing valuation of Bills of Material, Calculation of conversion cost per product and per activity.
• Project Capitalisation Of Assets and Equipments procured on site. To comply with statutory requirements and company policy. By preparing proper Additions Schedule and maintaining Fixed Assets Register.

Knowledge :
