Job summary

Kuku, a fast-scaling tech-first media and AI hub in India, seeks a passionate AI-focused leader to drive end-to-end initiatives that enhance how users discover and engage with audio content. You will partner with product, engineering, and data teams to prototype and scale AI features using real user signals.

You will design people-centric workflows to boost internal productivity and onboarding, analyze voice data for insights, and run experiments to translate findings into scalable improvements.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and data-driven decision making.
• Familiarity with BI tools and data visualization.
• Analytical mindset with an eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end AI-powered initiatives from ideation to execution to boost user discovery, retention, or engagement.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to prototype, test, and scale AI/ML features using real user behavior signals.
• Design and implement people-centric workflows that improve internal team productivity, onboarding, and performance enablement.
• Analyze voice and behavioral data to surface insights, recommend interventions, and measure impact across user and talent journeys.
• Run A/B tests, track KPIs, and translate findings into scalable product or process improvements with stakeholder alignment.
• Act as a force multiplier—bridging technical, creative, and operational teams to accelerate delivery of high-impact projects.
