Job summary

Kuku FM, a Bengaluru-based audio content platform built on AI, seeks a leader to drive AI-powered projects from concept through execution, boosting user discovery, retention and engagement.

You will collaborate with product, engineering and data teams to build, test and scale AI/ML features, create workflows for internal teams, and extract insights from voice data to guide improvements. This full-time role also offers growth in AI and people technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI-powered projects from concept to execution to boost user metrics.

• Create workflows to improve onboarding and team performance.
• Extract insights from voice and user behavior data and measure outcomes.
• Run experiments (A/B tests) and scale improvements with stakeholder buy-in.
• Coordinate across technical, creative, and operations groups to ship high-value projects.
