Job summary

Hexalync in Hyderabad is seeking a Management Trainee to help build and streamline business processes and embed AI tools into daily workflows. In a small, high-visibility team, you will work directly with leadership and shape how the company operates as it scales.

You will map and optimize processes across operations and client servicing, identify AI opportunities, build SOPs and dashboards, and support strategic initiatives with founders.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication; comfortable in client-facing settings.
• High curiosity about AI tools and workflow automation genuine interest, not just resume language.
• Analytical, structured thinker with strong problem-solving ability.
• Fast learner who can adapt quickly with minimal hand-holding (important in a small team).
• Ownership mindset — comfortable wearing multiple hats in a startup environment.

Responsibilities

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
