Job summary

AI Forge India in Mumbai seeks a dynamic strategist to identify and evaluate AI startups for incubation, build relationships with founders, investors, and corporate partners, and drive strategic initiatives.

You will support leadership in decision-making and execution, lead initiatives across partnerships and ecosystem events, and create thought leadership content that accelerates the AI startup community.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical, research, and problem solving mindset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• High ownership, entrepreneurial thinking, and bias for action; thrives in fast-paced startups.
• Passion for startups, technology, and the AI ecosystem.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management or related fields.
• Prior startup or ecosystem exposure is a plus.
