Job summary

Hexalync is seeking a hands-on Process Redesign & AI Enablement Manager to diagnose broken workflows, redesign end-to-end processes, and enable AI only where it proves value.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives, manage change, build SOPs, track outcomes, and stay current on AI tools with disciplined evaluation.

Qualifications

• 5-6 years in process redesign or operational efficiency roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end process redesign initiatives across internal functions - mapping current-state workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and designing future-state processes.
• Drive organizational restructuring recommendations where workflows, roles, or reporting lines need realignment.
• Identify and implement AI enablement opportunities in internal workflows with rigorous evaluation.
• Own change management for every initiative - training, adoption tracking, and resistance management.
• Build and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and governance frameworks.
• Partner with function heads to prioritize redesign efforts based on impact vs. effort.
• Track and report measurable outcomes (time saved, cost reduced, error rate improvement).
• Stay current on AI/automation tools and pilot new ones only where there's a clear, provable use case.

About the Role

At Hexalync, we don't chase the newest AI tool we fix how work actually moves, then decide if a tool earns a place in it. We're hiring a hands-on Process Redesign & AI Enablement Manager to lead this discipline internally: diagnosing broken workflows, redesigning them end-to-end, and enabling AI only where it survives contact with real operations the same - standard we hold our client work to.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end process redesign initiatives across internal functions - mapping current-state workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and designing future-state processes.
• Drive organizational restructuring recommendations where workflows, roles, or reporting lines need realignment.
• Identify and implement AI enablement opportunities in internal workflows - evaluated with the same rigor Hexalync applies to client engagements, not adopted for novelty.
• Own change management for every initiative - training,adoption tracking, and resistance management, not just design handoff.
• Build and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and governance frameworks.
• Partner with function heads to prioritize redesign efforts based on impact vs. effort.
• Track and report measurable outcomes (time saved, cost reduced, error rate improvement) for every initiative.
• Stay current on AI/automation tools and pilot new ones only where there's a clear, provable use case.

Required Expertise

• 5-6 years of experience in process redesign, organizational restructuring, or operational efficiency roles.
• Proven track record of leading workflow optimization initiatives from diagnosis through implementation.
• Strong drive to learn and apply AI tools to internal org workflows genuine hands-on interest, evaluated critically rather than adopted on hype.
• Hands-on execution mindset comfortable being both the strategist and the implementer.
• Change management experience, drive the adoption of new processes/tools, not just designing them on paper.
• Strong stakeholder management skills able to work across functions and influence without direct authority.

Good to Have

• Lean / Six Sigma or equivalent process methodology certification.
• Experience with workflow/automation platforms (Zapier, Make, Power Automate) or AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) in a business context.
• Prior experience in a mid-size or high-growth company actively building processes (vs. inheriting mature systems).
