Job summary

A dynamic tech startup based in Indore is seeking a Management Trainee to provide cross-functional exposure across departments. The selected candidate will gain hands-on experience in operations, client coordination, and business analysis while working closely with senior team members. This full-time position offers a salary range of 2 LPA to 3.6 LPA and is perfect for freshers or those with up to 1 year of experience. Job Role

We are looking for a reliable, organized, and driven Management Trainee to join our team. This role is designed to provide cross‑functional exposure across departments, enabling candidates to develop strong business fundamentals and leadership capabilities.

The selected candidate will gain hands‑on experience in operations, client coordination, process improvement, and business analysis while working closely with senior team members.

Responsibilities
