Job summary

SELLABILITY in Baner, Pune is seeking an MIS Executive to manage sales and business data, prepare regular reports, track performance, and provide timely insights to management. The role is full-time and office-based.

Responsibilities include creating MIS reports, dashboards, and trackers, validating CRM data, and coordinating with Sales, CRM, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure data accuracy. Familiarity with real estate is essential.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of MIS, Sales MIS, or business reporting experience.
• Strong MS Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Proficient in Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS.
• Experience with CRM systems or sales dashboards preferred.
• Real Estate industry experience is mandatory.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for sales and business performance.
• Maintain and update sales, lead, conversion, revenue, and collection trackers.
• Collect, consolidate, and validate data from CRM and internal teams.
• Track team-wise and individual sales performance against targets.
• Prepare dashboards and presentations for management review.
• Identify data discrepancies, trends, and performance gaps.
• Provide ad-hoc reports and analysis as required by management.
• Coordinate with Sales, CRM, Finance, and Operations teams for accurate data.
• Improve and automate existing reporting and tracking processes.

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to manage sales and business data, prepare regular reports, track performance, and support management with accurate and timely insights.

Location: Baner, Pune.

Employment Type: Full-time, Monday to Saturday.

Work Mode: Work from Office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for sales and business performance.
