Job summary

Sellability in Baner, Pune, is seeking a detailed MIS Executive to manage sales and business data, prepare regular reports, track performance, and provide timely insights to management. The role is full-time and based at the office.

Based in Baner, you will prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, maintain trackers, coordinate with Sales, CRM, Finance and Operations, and automate reporting processes to improve accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in MIS, Sales MIS, or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for sales and business performance.
• Maintain and update sales, lead, conversion, revenue, and collection trackers.
• Collect, consolidate, and validate data from CRM and internal teams.
• Track team-wise and individual sales performance against targets.
• Prepare dashboards and presentations for management review.
• Identify data discrepancies, trends, and performance gaps.
• Provide ad-hoc reports and analysis as required by management.
• Coordinate with Sales, CRM, Finance, and Operations teams for accurate data.
• Improve and automate existing reporting and tracking processes.

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to manage sales and business data, prepare regular reports, track performance, and support management with accurate and timely insights.

Location: Baner, Pune.

Employment Type: Full-time, Monday to Saturday.

Work Mode: Work from Office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for sales and business performance.
• Maintain and update sales, lead, conversion, revenue, and collection trackers.
• Collect, consolidate, and validate data from CRM and internal teams.

Must-Have Requirements:

• Hands-on knowledge of Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, charts, and data analysis.
• Experience with CRM systems or sales dashboards is preferred.
• Experience in Real Estate industry is mandatory.
