Qualifications

• Diploma or ITI with 3+ years of experience in relevant maintenance work.
• Experience with engineering GMP documents and QMS processes.
• Ability to prepare and review break down/ preventive maintenance reports.
• Experience with incident and investigation documents and related records.
• Familiarity with qualification documents and QMS document reviews/closure.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance management (B/D and PM) of HVAC systems.
• Consult with Manufacturer for remedial action of machine related issues.
• Effective coordination with inter departments (QA, QE, Production and Purchase).
• Ensure availability of spares of critical equipment.
• Ensure participation in qualification activity and approval of qualification documents.
• Handling and monitoring of BMS System.
• Participate in Technical Investigations.
• Timely initiation and closing of QMS Documents.
• Ensure Documents are maintained as per SOP; carry out any other responsibilities as assigned.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• 10. Ensure Documents are maintained as per SOP.Person is also responsible for carrying out any other responsibilities assigned from time to time verbally or in writing.
