Job summary

SUN PHARMA is seeking a Diploma/ITI qualified Maintenance Engineer to support HVAC systems in a GMP environment in Gujarat. The role focuses on maintenance planning, troubleshooting, and ensuring compliance with SOPs and QMS documents.

You will coordinate with QA, QE, Production and Purchase, manage spares availability, participate in qualification activities, and contribute to technical investigations and BMS monitoring. 3+ years of relevant experience is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or ITI in engineering is required.
• 3+ years of experience in maintenance, preferably HVAC.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance management (B/D and PM) of HVAC systems.
• Consult with Manufacturer for remedial action of machine related issues.
• Effective coordination with inter departments (QA, QE, Production and Purchase).
• Ensure availability of spares of critical equipments.
• Ensure departmental participation in Qualification activity and approval of Qualification documents.
• Handling and monitoring of BMS System.
• Participate in Technical Investigations.
• Timely initiate and closing of QMS Documents.
• Ensure Documents are maintained as per SOP.
• Person is also responsible for carrying out any other responsibilities assigned from time to time verbally or in writing.
