Job summary

Aparna Constructions And Estates is seeking a Tenant Relations professional for mall operations, focusing on landlord-tenant coordination, fit-out oversight, and ongoing tenant support in Hyderabad.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Facilities Management or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in tenant coordination, mall operations, or retail project management.
• Knowledge of retail fit-out processes, MEP systems, and mall operations standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD (preferred), and project tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate pre-opening, fit-out, and renovation works of tenant stores.
• Review and approve tenant design drawings to ensure compliance with mall design criteria.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and adherence to safety, quality, and timeline standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and mall engineering teams for utility connections and technical requirements.
• Ensure tenants complete their store setup within approved timeframes.
• Serve as the main point of contact for tenants regarding operational issues, mall policies, and procedures.
• Facilitate communication between tenants and mall departments (security, maintenance, housekeeping, marketing, etc.).
• Handle tenant complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Support tenant retention initiatives and ensure a positive tenant experience.
• Ensure all tenants comply with mall rules, regulations, and lease obligations.
• Monitor tenant operations for safety, cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards.
• Conduct periodic inspections and prepare reports on tenant performance and maintenance needs.
• Coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs.
• Maintain up-to-date tenant records, fit-out approvals, and correspondence.
• Prepare and submit progress and compliance reports to mall management.
• Assist in the preparation of handover documentation and completion certificates.
• Work closely with the leasing team to ensure smooth handover of units to new tenants.

Key Responsibilities:
