Imarque Solutions in Chennai is seeking a Sales Team Leader (Voice Process) to drive a dynamic sales team. You will coach agents, monitor performance, and strategize to meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

The role requires 1–4 years in BPO Voice leadership, with strong Tamil, English, and Telugu communication. Immediate joiners preferred; location near Teynampet/T. Nagar advantageous.

• Excellent verbal communication skills in Tamil and English; Telugu also preferred.

Job Description: Sales Team Leader (BPO Voice Process)

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven, and experienced Sales Team Leader with a strong background in BPO Voice processes to lead our sales team in Chennai. In this role, you will be responsible for driving team performance, coaching agents, and achieving sales targets while ensuring exceptional service quality.

• Position: Sales Team Leader (Voice Process)

• Salary Range: 2.5 LPA to 3.5 LPA (Commensurate with experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of outbound/inbound voice sales executives to achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Performance Monitoring: Conduct regular floor monitoring, evaluate call quality, analyze performance metrics (conversion rates, AHT, adherence, etc.), and provide constructive feedback.
• Sales Driving: Formulate and execute strategies to drive revenue growth, manage pipeline, and handle escalations effectively.
• Coaching & Training: Identify skill gaps and conduct regular coaching sessions, role-plays, and product/process refresher trainings.
• Reporting: Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to senior management.
• Team Building: Foster a high-energy, positive, and competitive work environment that encourages teamwork and reduces attrition.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 1 to 4 years of relevant experience as a Team Leader or Senior Sales Executive handling a BPO Voice process.
• Education: Any Bachelors Degree or equivalent qualification.
• Language Proficiency: Excellent verbal communication skills in Tamil, English, and Telugu are mandatory.
• Location: Candidates currently based in Chennai (preferably near Teynampet/T. Nagar or willing to commute) are required.
• Availability: Immediate joiners or candidates with a very short notice period will be given top priority.
