Lakme in India is seeking a seasoned trainer to plan and deliver salon training, ensuring new operators are ready ahead of launch.

You will conduct onboarding for new joinees, refreshers for current staff, and audit salons to ensure SOP compliance. The role requires 4–6 years in the salon industry with strong makeup knowledge, including skin and makeup.

Formación

• Should have previous experience as a trainer.
• Overall experience of 4-6 years in the salon industry with a good knowledge of makeup.
• Preference for experience in both skin and makeup.

Responsabilidades

• Planning and scheduling training to ensure training of new operators in time for salon launch.
• Conducting training for new joinees, refresher trainings for existing operators.
• Conduct trials of new products/services and provide timely feedback, conduct training for entire network.
• Compliance of salons to Stated SOPs, through salon audits. Each salon to be audited twice a quarter
• Supporting operators achieve monthly sales target by providing guidelines on selling, upselling, product /service benefits etc
• Conducting technical evaluation of candidates and selecting for salon operator positions, ensuring they are technically fit.
• Documenting and submitting the feedback to ops
