Arabelle Solutions is seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer to install, operate, and maintain internal factory equipment. The role covers preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance across CNC and fabrication machines, with emphasis on safety and EHS compliance.

Ideal candidates hold ITI or Diploma in electrical/electronics with 10+ years’ experience and have hands-on CNC/Siemens PLC knowledge, supporting global teams and maintenance planning.

Qualifications

• ITI or Diploma in electrical or electronics with 10+ years’ experience.
• Hands-on experience with CNC and fabrication machines.
• Knowledge of Siemens CNC control systems and PLC hardware.
• Experience with EOT crane maintenance and safety procedures.

Responsabilités

• Operate and maintain CNC and fabrication equipment.
• Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance.
• Close internal and external maintenance orders.
• Coordinate with external service providers for maintenance activities.
• Assist in spare parts planning and inventory for maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with EHS requirements and safety protocols.

Description du poste

nstall, maintain, and repair internal factory equipment as per the guidance from the Supervisor. Responsible for the task execution or activities within a technical discipline with safety.

Fallow The job procedures and suggest for modification of procedures and practices covering work till the end results meet standards of acceptability (quality, volume, timeliness etc.).

Your Role:

• Hands on experience CNC machines – like heavy boring and milling machines, Horizontal and vertical turning machines, Gantry type milling/turning machines like PAMA, HNK, Waco etc
• Hands on experience in Fabrication machines – like rolling machine, oxy cutting, shot blasting, furnace, welding machine (TIG & MIG),Gauging & SAW machines and painting facility maintenance.
• knowledge in Siemens CNC control system, Encoder and LMS, servo motors, PLC hard wiring and hardware, backup and restore of NC, PLC, Drive archives.
• Knowledge in EOT crane maintenance
• Suggest for Spare parts planning through Preventive maintenance.
• Support external service execution.
• Closing internal & external maintenance orders
• Suggest in maintenance planning.
• Execute Preventive, Predictive and Breakdown Maintenance for critical and other equipment as per check list.
• Basic Knowledge of Nuclear Safety.
• Understanding of EHS requirements.
• Be familiar with the emergency procedures.
• Understanding of EHS process for LOTO, Confined Spaces, Work at Height, Electrical Safety.

Basic Qualifications(requirements):

• ITI or Diploma In electrical or electronics with 10+ Years’ Experience

Desired Qualifications:

• Maintenance of Machine tools with CNC system
• Knowledge of Fabrication Equipment maintenance.
• Knowledge of siemens PLC and CNC hardware and wiring diagram.
