Your Role

• Hands on experience in Fabrication machines – like rolling machine, oxy cutting, shot blasting, furnace, welding machine (TIG & MIG), Gauging & SAW machines and painting facility maintenance.
• Hands on experience CNC machines – like heavy boring and milling machines, Horizontal and vertical turning machines, Gantry type milling/turning machines like PAMA, HNK, Waco etc.
• Knowledge in Siemens CNC control system, Encoder and LMS, servo motors, PLC hard wiring and hardware, backup and restore of NC, PLC, Drive archives.
• Knowledge in EOT crane maintenance.
• Suggest for Spare parts planning through Preventive maintenance.
• Support external service execution.
• Closing internal & external maintenance orders.
• Suggest in maintenance planning.
• Execute Preventive, Predictive and Breakdown Maintenance for critical and other equipment as per check list.
• Basic Knowledge of Nuclear Safety.
• Understanding of EHS requirements.
• Be familiar with the emergency procedures.
• Understanding of EHS process for LOTO, Confined Spaces, Work at Height, Electrical Safety.

Basic Qualifications (requirements)

• ITI or Diploma in Electrician/ Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Fitter with 5+ Years’ Experience.

Desired Qualifications

• Maintenance of Machine tools with CNC system.
• Knowledge of Fabrication Equipment maintenance.
• Knowledge of Siemens PLC and CNC hardware and wiring diagram.
