Coeusmulti Services seeks a seasoned telecom O&M leader to oversee Core, Access and Distribution networks, plan maintenance, and drive performance. You will manage data centers, towers, and BTS sites while coordinating with vendors to uphold SLAs and safety standards.
The role requires 5–8+ years in ISP/telecom operations, with a track record in leadership, budgeting, and regulatory compliance. A CCNP/JNCIP or GPON training is an advantage.
Oversee daily operations of Core, Access, and Distribution networks (FTTH, Wireless, GPON, MPLS, IP, DWDM, etc.).
Monitor network health through NOC and ensure SLA adherence.
Plan and execute preventive & corrective maintenance schedules for all network elements (routers, switches, OLTs, transmission equipment, servers, towers, etc.).
Ensure quick fault isolation, diagnosis, and resolution to minimize downtime.
Manage installation, commissioning, and maintenance of network infrastructure (data centers, POPs, BTS sites, fiber optic cables).
Maintain updated network topology documentation and asset inventory.
Ensure proper power, cooling, and safety arrangements for network equipment.
Ensure uptime targets (99.9% or as per SLA) for backbone and access networks.
Monitor customer trouble tickets and escalation handling in coordination with support teams.
Lead and mentor a team of engineers, technicians, and field staff across multiple locations.
Develop training programs to enhance technical skills and safety awareness.
Set KPIs and performance evaluation metrics for the O&M team.
Liaise with equipment vendors, contractors, and service providers for repairs, replacements, and upgrades.
Evaluate vendor performance against agreed SLAs.
Prepare O&M budget covering manpower, spares, tools, and AMC.
Optimize operational costs without compromising service quality.
Implement and monitor safety standards for field and technical operations.
Prepare periodic reports for management on network uptime, incidents, and preventive actions.
Strong knowledge of telecom transmission systems (Optical Fiber, Microwave, IP/MPLS, GPON).
Familiarity with NMS/OSS/BSS tools and network monitoring systems.
Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, Telecommunications, or related field (M.Tech or MBA).
5 to 8+ years in ISP/Telecom technical operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Certifications any such as CCNP, JNCIP, or GPON-related training will be an added advantage.
