Job summary

Rio Innobev in Hadapsar, Pune, is hiring a Maintenance In-charge for the Production department. You will oversee maintenance of high‑speed beverage lines, implement preventive maintenance, and coordinate with shift teams to minimize downtime.

The ideal candidate has 3–6 years in Beverage/FMCG, a Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics, and hands-on PLC/VFD exposure. Willingness to work in shifts, strong problem‑solving, and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics or related engineering.
• 3–6 years of maintenance experience in Beverage/FMCG.
• Hands-on with high-speed bottling/canning lines preferred.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic systems and utilities.
• Experience in preventive maintenance planning and spare parts management.
• Familiarity with PLC-controlled machinery is a plus.

Reporting to: Production Head / Production Manager

Experience Required: 3-6 years in Beverage / FMCG .

Key Responsibilities

• Diploma/B.E./ B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or a related Engineering discipline.
• 3 to 6 years of relevant maintenance experience in the Beverage or FMCG manufacturing industry.
• Hands-on experience with high-speed bottling and canning lines is highly preferred.
• Good knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and utility maintenance.
• Experience in preventive maintenance planning, breakdown analysis, and spare parts management.
• Familiarity with PLC-controlled machinery and automation systems will be an added advantage.
• Strong problem-solving, team management, communication, and coordination skills.
• Willingness to work in shifts whenever required.
