Qualifications

• Industrial electrical maintenance experience.
• PLC troubleshooting is essential.
• Preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance.
• Root cause analysis and CAPA/8D familiarity.
• Knowledge of HSE, IATF 16949 and safety procedures.
• Manufacturing/automotive plant experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shift-wise maintenance to maximize equipment availability and minimize breakdowns across three units.
• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance including PLC troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Lead maintenance technicians, train operators, and manage spare parts and maintenance records.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, quality, IATF 16949, 5S and work permit rules.
• Drive cost reduction, energy conservation, and continuous improvement plus routine maintenance inspections.
