Job summary

The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience and a diploma or degree in Mechanical or Electrical engineering. Responsibilities include monitoring equipment performance, coordinating maintenance efforts with production, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities for plant equipment and machinery.
• Monitor equipment performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Attend and resolve machine breakdowns to minimize production downtime.
• Prepare and maintain maintenance schedules and records.
• Coordinate with production teams to plan maintenance activities with minimal disruption.
• Ensure proper functioning of utilities such as compressors, boilers, HVAC systems, generators, water systems, and electrical equipment.
• Conduct routine inspections of machinery, equipment, and facilities.
• Maintain spare parts inventory and coordinate procurement requirements.
• Assist in installation, commissioning, and qualification of new equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, maintenance procedures, and company policies.
• Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Support energy conservation and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Prepare maintenance reports and equipment performance data.

Required Skills
