Job summary

HR Innovation Group seeks a Post- Maintenance Engineer for our Pune–Chakan operations. BE/Diploma holders with 4–6 years of experience are preferred. You will handle preventive and breakdown maintenance across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

You will maintain PM records, manage critical spare inventory, and work to reduce downtime while ensuring safety compliance on HDPC, CNC, VMC machines and related utilities.

Qualifications

• BE or Diploma in engineering required.
• 4–6 years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience with electrical, mechanical and CNC machines advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Preventive and breakdown maintenance.
• Electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic troubleshooting.
• Maintenance of HDPC, CNC, VMC machines.
• Maintenance of machines and utilities.
