Job summary

Allnex Resins India is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor for our chemical plants. The role requires 9-10+ years in operation and maintenance, with strong leadership to drive E/I/control projects across sites.

You will develop equipment and control specifications and ensure safety, health, and environmental standards are upheld. The ideal candidate has fluency in English (local language an advantage) and can manage multiple projects, work outside normal hours, and travel as required to

Qualifications

• 9-10+ years of experience in chemical industry plants.
• Experience in operation and maintenance of HT & LT power sections, IMCC, PCC & MCC.
• Exposure to field instrumentation is a plus.
• Strong leadership for project engineering services across sites and functional groups.
• Strong technical writing skills to develop equipment and functional control specifications.
• Analytical mind.
• Flexible work-style, self-starter and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Commitment to Safety, Occupational Health, and Environment principles and practices.
• Ability to manage, influence, & motivate teams of technicians.
• Fluent in English; local language an advantage.

• Strong leadership skills to provide project engineering services for E/I/control based projects across multiple sites and functional groups
• Strong technical writing skills to enable the development of equipment and functional control specifications.

• A sound knowledge of, and commitment to, Safety, Occupational Health, and Environment principles and practices.
