Job description
Job Duties and Responsibilities
1. Lead development, optimization, validation of manufacturing processes.
3. Drive continuous improvement projects to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and eliminate waste.
4. Develop process flow, PFMEA, control plans, work instructions.
5. Lead fixture, tooling, and equipment selection, installation, validation.
6. Support production with problem-solving, root‑cause analysis, and corrective actions.
7. Monitor and improve key process parameters and manufacturing KPIs.
8. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, IATF 16949 standards.
9. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Quality, Production, Design, Supply Chain.
10. Provide technical mentorship to junior engineers and production teams.
Education and Qualifications
15-18 year Experienced in EV drivetrain or power electronics manufacturing with Engineering graduations
2. Knowledge of Industry 4.0, digital manufacturing, and automation systems.
3. Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt/Black Belt preferred).
4. Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making approach.
