Job summary

AUMOVIO is seeking a maintenance engineer to drive preventive, predictive, and corrective activities across automated production equipment and SPMs. You will diagnose PLCs, sensors, and automation systems, and perform machine setup, calibration, programming, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.

Ideal candidates will have Diploma/BE in E&C or Mechanical, hands-on experience with UR cobots, and strong maintenance planning skills for uptime optimization.

Qualifications

• Diploma/BE in E&C or Mechanical.
• Experience in preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Take preventive action to minimise downtime and improve machine availability.
• Execute maintenance on production equipment and SPMs.
• Perform machine setup, calibration, programming, and troubleshooting to optimise performance.
• Diagnose issues in PLCs, sensors, and automation systems, and resolve them.

Job description

Taking Preventive action to minimise the downtime and improve the machine availability and improve Maintenance KPI.

• Expert in PLC programming in various scripts in Various brands (Siemens, Allen Bradly, Omron.)
• Knowledge on Lab view and Scada programming skills.
• Hands On experience in different communication protocols.
• Knowledge on UR Cobot programming and trouble shooting.
• Development of control circuit as per process required.
• Expert on troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of production equipment / UR Cobot.
• Planning and execution of Preventive maintenance as per schedule
• Spare parts management

Diploma / BE in E&C and Mechanical

Execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities for production equipment and Special Purpose Machines (SPMs).

Perform machine setup, calibration, programming, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal equipment performance.

Diagnose and resolve issues related to PLCs, sensors, automation systems, and associated industrial equipment.

Drive equipment reliability initiatives to maximize machine uptime and improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).

Demonstrated experience in Root Cause Analysis (RCA), CAPA implementation, and problem-solving methodologies.

Hands-on experience in machine operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance within an automated manufacturing environment
