Job summary

Aumovio SE is seeking a maintenance leader to supervise shift handling and drive proactive maintenance programs. The role requires deep knowledge of PLCs, servo drives and related equipment, with CAPA implementation and KPI monitoring guiding all activities.

You will coordinate with production, safety, and engineering teams to ensure seamless operations, while mentoring staff and contractors for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Mechatronics B.tech with 4-7 years of-related experience.
• Strong knowledge of PLC, servo drives, transducers and SPM.
• Experience leading maintenance programs and CAPA processes.
• Ability to mentor maintenance staff and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Shift handling and breakdown reporting.
• Lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.

• Shift Handling activity , Breakdown handling and shift reporting
• Root cause analysis, CAPA and proactive approaches
• Lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime
• Knowledge of PLC, servo drives, transducer, SPM , Assembly stations
• ST programming understanding, diagnosis and process mapping
• CAPA implementation, PM and predictive check sheet upgradation
• Familiar with SAP, I4.0, Robotics, Drawing study
• Monitor and report on maintenance KPIs and performance metrics
• Ensure timely and high-quality repairs of equipment and infrastructure
• Manage spare parts inventory and procurement
• Coordinate with production, safety, and engineering teams for seamless operations
• Maintain compliance with regulatory and environmental standards
• Manage audits and inspections to identify risks and improvement areas
• Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Supervise, train, and mentor maintenance staff and contractors
