Responsibilities

• Execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance for production equipment and SPMs.
• Set up, calibrate, program, and troubleshoot to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose issues related to PLCs, sensors, automation systems, and industrial equipment.
• Lead reliability initiatives to maximize uptime and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
• Apply RCA, CAPA, and problem-solving methodologies.
• Operate, troubleshoot and maintain automated manufacturing equipment.

Job Description

Taking Preventive action to minimise the downtime and improve the machine availability and improve Maintenance KPI.

• Expert in PLC programming in various scripts in Various brands (Siemens, Allen Bradly, Omron.)
• Knowledge on Lab view and Scada programming skills.
• Hands On experience in different communication protocols.
• Knowledge on UR Cobot programming and trouble shooting.
• Development of control circuit as per process required.
• Expert on troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of production equipment / UR Cobot.
• Planning and execution of Preventive maintenance as per schedule
• Spare parts management
