Qualifications

• 10+ years implementing automation solutions using OPSMVS and Netview/SA
• 15+ years of experience with TSO/ISPF/SDSF
• 15+ years of experience with zOS operational commands
• 10+ years of experience with zOS including JES2 and RACF
• 10+ years of experience coding OPSMVS REXX rules and Netview/SA automation scripts
• 5+ years of experience using APIs to automate ServiceNow incident ticket creation
• 10+ years of GDPS installation and disaster recovery scripting
• Ability to analyze operational data and automate system responses
• Experience using AI tools for system analysis and operational improvements
• Ability to use Microsoft 365 Copilot for documentation and communication
• Continuous learning mindset regarding AI technologies in mainframe environments
