Job summary

Kyndryl in Bengaluru, India, seeks an experienced ERP/financial systems professional to lead Maconomy support across the region.

You will own incident management, governance, and releases, partner with Finance leaders, and drive continuous improvement and automation.

Serve in a leadership role, mentoring analysts and coordinating with regional stakeholders to deliver reliable, compliant financial systems and services.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of ERP or financial application support in multi-country settings.
• Strong expertise in Finance and Project Accounting processes including Billing, Time & Expense, Procurement, Reporting and integrations.
• Proven leadership in application support operations, incident management, release management and vendor relationships.

The Role

Responsibilities:

• Lead the regional Maconomy support service by establishing priorities, governance processes, service levels, and escalation procedures.
• Manage complex and high-impact incidents across Finance, Project Accounting, Billing, Time & Expense, Procurement, Reporting, and System Integrations.
• Drive root cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions for recurring issues, processing failures, data discrepancies, and control gaps.
• Coordinate critical business activities, including period-end close processes, reconciliations, interfaces, scheduled jobs, and regional readiness planning.
• Oversee releases, patches, enhancements, regression testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), production deployments, and post-implementation stabilization.
• Partner with regional Finance and business leaders to understand business requirements, manage stakeholder expectations, and prioritize support and enhancement requests.
• Monitor service performance, operational risks, controls, user access, data quality, vendor delivery, backlog management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, segregation of duties (SoD), financial controls, change management, and audit requirements.
• Maintain support frameworks, ownership models, operational documentation, business continuity plans, knowledge repositories, and standard operating procedures across the region.
• Lead, mentor, and develop support analysts and partner teams while fostering a consistent, customer-focused service culture.
• Drive automation, process standardization, self-service capabilities, knowledge sharing, and initiatives that reduce recurring support demand and improve operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in ERP or financial application support within complex, multi-country business environments.
• Strong expertise in Finance and Project Accounting processes, including Billing, Time & Expense, Procurement, Reporting, and system integrations.
• Proven experience managing application support operations, major incidents, problem management, release management, and vendor relationships.
• Hands-on experience with Deltek Maconomy or similar enterprise ERP/financial management platforms.
• Strong understanding of IT service management, internal controls, compliance, audit requirements, risk management, and governance processes.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, prioritization, crisis management, analytical problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience driving automation, process improvements, service optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Knowledge of Middle East finance operations, ITIL practices, SQL/reporting tools, global support models, and relevant ERP, IT, Agile, or Project Management certifications is preferred.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

• Master’s degree in Finance, or a related discipline.
• Relevant professional certifications in ERP Applications, Deltek Maconomy, ITIL, Agile, Project Management (PMP/PRINCE2), Finance, or related technologies.
